As a Vice President at DEKRA, David leads the Brain-Centric Reliability™ practice area focused on Human Performance Reliability. He is a highly requested consultant and speaker who brings his clients extensive experience in safety improvement through leadership development, organizational analysis, and effective intervention designed with the human brain in mind.
David has designed and implemented change initiatives that have helped numerous large companies achieve set performance targets through focus on employee safety, leadership development, and human performance improvements. He has become a trusted advisor to leaders around the globe, including Dubai, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and the United States.
David is a member of the Association for Talent Development and SHRM and speaks at conferences regularly. He holds a master’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with Industrial Organizational as a focus.
